  2. Date: Last 7 days + compare “Previous 7 days”

  3. Note these KPIs:

    • Clicks, Impressions, CTR, Avg position

  4. Tabs:

    • Queries: top 10 queries (brand + service + city)

    • Pages: top 10 pages (service pages)

    • Countries/Devices: agar country unusual ho to note

B) Indexing (Pages)

  1. Indexing → Pages (Full report)

  2. “Not indexed” me top reason dekhein (examples):

    • Crawled – currently not indexed

    • Discovered – currently not indexed

    • Duplicate / canonical issues

    • Soft 404 / 404

  3. Priority rule:

    • Money pages (services/cities/contact) agar not indexed hain → fix first

  4. Quick actions:

    • Sitemap submit/refresh (Sitemaps)

    • Important URL ka URL Inspection → Request Indexing (fix ke baad)

C) Core Web Vitals (Mobile poor 45)

  2. Poor URLs open karein → patterns dekhein (same template/pages)

    • images compress + lazy-load

    • caching / minify JS/CSS

    • reduce heavy scripts (chat widgets etc.)
